After a chance conversation in Central Manchester Mike Dawson learned that SPEAK Campaigner Mel Broughton had been arrested and was awaiting trial on various “Terrorist” Offences.  Mike was informed that he had been “Stitched up” by the authorities.  It appears that in light of DNA evidence and the discovery of incedary divices (Sparklers) he had been remanded in custody and was due to appear at the old bailey.  Mike was given some information by people who know Mel.  In light of the interview which was recorded some time ago you can take that with how ever many pinches of salt you wish.  Regardless of that or your stance on animal rights its clear that this guy has immense belief in what he does.  By all account it seems that since this broadcast Mel has been acquitted of all the charges against him.  Click below to hear the full broadcast and comment freely
